Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable repair orders for technicians to complete
• Provide cost estimates; communicate additional repair or service needs to the customer
• Create and close repair orders in the database management system
• Order necessary parts and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
• Provide timely progress updates to customers
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
• Handle and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of service advisor/writer experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Working knowledge and experience of automotive repairs and parts
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize
• Proficient computer skills
• Automate experience is a plus but will train
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
